Sports massage therapy is:

“Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity.”

You can learn to be a sports massage therapist if you have no prior qualifications in the fitness industry. All you need is a passion for helping people and an interest in massage and you’re on your way to getting qualified.

As a Personal Trainer, learning Sports Massage therapy techniques will give you the knowledge and tools to assess and treat your client’s injuries. By upskilling yourself, you can help your clients progress in the gym and their day-to-day lives. It is a great additional income too, creating a complete personal training package for your clients.
