- To provide learners with the knowledge to be able to understand the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
- To provide learners with the knowledge to be able to deliver education and training to individuals and/or groups in an environment/subject in which they are technically competent
- To provide learners with the knowledge to be able to understand and support the process of assessment
To achieve the Active IQ Level 3 Award in Education and Training, learners must complete the one mandatory unit (3 credits) and an additional 9 credits from the optional units (6 credits from Group B and 3 credits from Group C).

Online: Master Level 3 teaching through our comprehensive online platform, supported by personalised mentorship from your tutor. Study the theoretical foundations at your own pace, then apply your learning through practical observation and reflection. Document your observations through flexible video or in-person submissions to demonstrate competence and progress towards qualification.

Learners must be aged 19 or over and do not need to be currently in a teaching role.
Learners must be competent and hold a qualification in the area in which they wish to teach.
