Course Content

The aim of this qualification is to train learners who already have knowledge and skills in gym or exercise to music instruction, to a professionally competent level, to plan and deliver safe and effective circuit training sessions. The course includes:

  • Identify and demonstrate a range of exercises and methods of circuit training
  • Theory and practical skills
  • Designing circuits and varying the programme
  • Teach various styles of circuit training classes
  • Structure classes to include warm-ups, timings and relevant exercises
Study Format

Guided Learning Hours: 14 Total Qualification time: 25 hours

Course Length: 2 weeks

Study Online and attend 1 training and assessment day at our training centre in Newcastle or submit your practical teaching via video
